This tour will have you venturing through the Akkar Area, beginning at the Oyoun Samak waterfall, it is an ideal location to begin our hike as the Oyoun Samak region is not only home to a beautiful lake and waterfalls, but also has wonderful green areas ideal for walking amongst the local wildlife. Venturing onwards, the Jhannam Valley or otherwise known as Wabi Jahannam, is the next stop on our journey. The Jhannam valley is the perfect place to take some time and wander due to its peaceful location, it also holds the source of many rivers within the area. We then continue onwards for a four-kilometre hike through the Azer forest, it is one of the very few forest that completely turns yellow within the autumn months due to the lack of evergreens. The final location we visit will be the Qammouaa plain, an area rich in bio diversity where you can find both Cedar and Pine trees, the Qammouaa plain is one of the largest Oak forests within the Middle East, making it quite distinguishable by the forests density. These locations are all rich in natural beauty, making this tour an immensely calming and peaceful experience so take the time to embrace the natural elements of the world around you.
